This is how it works: You fill out a claim form and send it by fax, by e-mail or online. We
call you back and ship prepaid UPS labels. You pack the cartridges in
boxes (no more than 20 pounds per box) and surrender them to UPS. On
reception and testing, within following 10 business days we will send
you a check.
